Understanding the fee
In a traditional household staffing arrangement, a placement fee pays for the agreed search and introduction process. It is distinct from the professional’s wages and the ongoing cost of employing them. The agreement should specify how the fee is calculated, when it is due and exactly what support it includes.
Audelle is developing professionally managed household services rather than a one-time introduction model. Earlier placement-fee proposals have been superseded. No placement-fee amount or new service rate is currently approved for publication, and this page does not offer a paid search or activate payment.
The intended Audelle employer model remains subject to legal, insurance, licensing, employment and operational approval. A consultation clarifies your needs; it does not reserve staff or establish an employment arrangement.
Before accepting a proposal
These are points to confirm in writing, not a promise of services included in an Audelle placement fee.
The role, duties, working hours, location and qualifications; how recruiting and candidate introductions will be handled.
Which role-specific checks and references are included, required consent, and when results will be reviewed. Screening does not guarantee future performance.
Who coordinates interviews, any trial arrangements and onboarding, and whether trial work is separately compensated.
The fee basis, payment milestones, cancellation and refund terms; wages, payroll costs, benefits and other expenses that sit outside the agreed fee.
Who employs the professional and is responsible for payroll, tax, insurance, scheduling and required employment documentation.
The contact for concerns and any time-limited replacement or support provisions, including conditions and exclusions. Audelle does not promise unlimited replacements.
The Audelle App is an independent subscription. A household service inquiry does not create app access, a subscription or a charge.
Hiring steps
Begin by defining the role. Audelle’s request process then clarifies scope and readiness before any staffing commitment.
Share the service, location and preferred schedule. Leave sensitive child and family records out of the initial inquiry.
Discuss responsibilities and service requirements. Audelle’s intended employer model remains subject to legal, insurance, licensing and operational approval.
Before assignment, appropriate intake, role-specific qualifications, consent-based screening and staffing availability must be confirmed. Nanny requests require childcare-specific intake.
Service pricing and payment terms must be confirmed in writing before payment. Dedicated or high-value arrangements require a customized agreement.
Our intended model coordinates onboarding, presentation, scheduling and customer care through Audelle. These are planned standards, not claims of currently launched services.
Service scope, availability, pricing and payment terms must be confirmed in writing. Proposed services, Audelle employment arrangements and new pricing remain subject to legal, insurance, licensing and operational approval. No instant availability, guaranteed same-day service or unlimited replacement coverage is promised.
