Delete your Audelle account
Fastest way: in the Audelle app open More, scroll below Sign out, tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate. No app access? Send a request below.
What happens
Deleted: sign-in, name, phone number, email address, profile photo, all household memberships.
Kept: tasks, messages, lists and records added to a shared household stay with the household, shown as “Former member”. Staff placements end on the deletion date. Household change records are kept for the household’s security.
If you are the only primary parent of a household, deletion is refused until Audelle hands the household to another parent; we will contact you.
