- Manage HVAC filters, water systems, alarms, and recurring maintenance
- Schedule and supervise vendors (electricians, plumbers, landscapers, pool)
- Track warranties, service records, and home documentation
- Oversee seasonal home resets (spring/fall opens & closes)

Family Support
- Coordinate travel logistics, packing lists, and trip prep
- Manage gifting, holidays, and family celebrations
- Own household budgets, receipts, and expense tracking
- Serve as point-of-contact for tutors, coaches, and specialists
