Most founding families begin with a private consultation within one to two weeks of inquiry. Systems setup typically follows two to four weeks after that. Staffing searches are scoped individually and usually take four to eight weeks depending on the role.

No. Most families come to us knowing something is not working, but unsure whether they need a nanny, household manager, better systems, or all three. Defining the need is part of the process — not a prerequisite to it.

No. Audelle is not a PEO and does not serve as the legal employer unless specifically structured under a separate written agreement. For direct placements, the family typically remains the household employer. We help support onboarding, expectations, and systems around the role.
